What a good idea! But let you know that the Cayin is a real symetric CDP and shall be better tweaked in XLR than in RCA outputs... I made up my mind by tweaking it in XLR and I added a XLR/RCA Burson Buffer to plug it with a RCA preamp....
Joebarteam hat geschrieben:Do you know something about a new cd drive in the Cayin, Sony instead philips?
No sorry, I have never heard any... I have a Philips one. I would say "the drive is very important" but if you don't have any good clock, discret and first class components to get on with, what's the purpose of having a good drive? If you tweak your CDP as I have just suggested you, you should not be unhappy, for sure...
Try Ceraball under your items....
Joebarteam hat geschrieben:I have seen, you prefer the Burson Single discret OPA. do you remember the price of this discret OPA´s?
Oh yes! Burson Discret OPA are the best OPA I have ever tried and by far. Just choose the
single ones since the double ones need special transfo IMHO to be "stable": but actually, the full burson version -with double Burson discret OPA in stead of AD827 under red heatsinks- is exceptionnal!!!! With LM4562NA, it is nevertheless excellent... You can ever try OPA2134AP...
You shall find everything you need there:

prices are in AUD$: AUD$ X 0.65 = EUROS
(Avoid their cable, I have quite better ones for the same range of price if you need some...)
